List Your Item
Upload high-quality photos of the item you want to trade, set an estimated value, and describe what you're looking for in return. The more detail you add, the better your matches will be.
Supports up to 8 photos per listing. Our AI will suggest a fair market value based on recent trades.
Swipe & Discover
Browse a personalized feed of items from other traders. Swipe right on items you'd trade for, left to pass, or save them for later. Our algorithm learns your preferences over time.
Use filters to narrow by category, condition, size, and value range.
Match & Chat
When two traders both want each other's items, it's a match! A private chat opens where you can ask questions, share more photos, and discuss the details of the trade.
Real-time messaging with photo sharing and read receipts keeps negotiations moving.
Agree on Terms
Finalize the trade terms in chat. If the items aren't equal in value, one party can add a cash adjustment. Once both sides confirm, the deal is locked in and shipping begins.
Cash adjustments are held in escrow until the trade is complete. 3% processing fee on cash adjustments only.
Ship to Warehouse
Both traders receive prepaid shipping labels. Items are sent to the SWAPD warehouse where our team and third-party authenticators inspect every item for authenticity and condition.
Shipping is $8.99 per direction. Authentication is free on items valued over $50.
Receive Your Item
Once both items pass authentication, they're shipped to their new owners. Rate your experience to build your reputation on the platform and help the community.
Full tracking from warehouse to your door. If authentication fails, items are returned at no extra cost.
