Is SWAPD really free to use?
Yes! The Free tier lets you create 1 active listing, swipe and match with other traders, and chat for free. You only pay shipping and inspection fees when you complete a trade.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat $8.99 per direction. Both traders pay for their outbound shipping. Prepaid labels are generated automatically once a trade is agreed upon.
How does the inspection fee work?
There is a $5.00 inspection fee per item for professional authentication. Items valued over $50 are inspected free of charge. Pro members have all inspection fees waived.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access to your paid tier through the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the Free tier. Any active listings beyond the Free tier limit will be paused, not deleted.
Are there fees on cash adjustments?
If a trade includes a cash adjustment (when items aren't equal in value), there is a 3% processing fee charged to the party sending the cash. This covers payment processing costs.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
